About Us

Innovation Lab was formed 10 years ago in response to a demand by companies for a process that enables them to keep pace with fast moving changes in their industries and markets. The Company developed a formal and generic management tool, the ILAB Process which achieves this so that change and new developments occur as a non disruptive and integral part of the day to day business operation. Since its introduction ten years ago the ILAB Process has been used widely in existing companies to create new products and business processes and in the formation of new enterprises to develop and exploit new ideas. Whist commercial work dominates Innovation Lab’s agenda the Company works with universities and colleges introducing students and staff, through practise based programmes, to the art and skill of innovation and enterprise.

Innovation Lab’s staff all have a business and training background with a track record for commercial innovation.
